Ingredients
  1. Boneless meat cut into cubes – ½ kg
  2. Vinegar – ½ - 1 cup
  3. Onion cut fine – 1
  4. Ginger – 1 piece
  5. Garlic – 1 t. sp.
  6. Cloves – 10
  7. Chilly powder – ½ cup
  8. Haldi powder – ½ t. sp.
  9. Mustard – 1 t. sp.
  10. Methi – 1 t. sp.
  11. Curry Patha – few
  12. Oil – ½ cup
  13. Salt to taste.
     
Preparation Method
  • Boil the meat with vinegar and salt until half done. Fry in oil and keep aside.
  • Roast mustard and methi and grind with rest of the ingredients. Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions, and then add the ground masala. Add vinegar and mix with the meat.
  • This will keep for a month.
