Ingredients
  1. Black gram-1/2 cup
  2. bengal gram-1/2 cup
  3. red gram-1/2 cup
  4. salt
  5. curry leaves-few
  6. onion-1 big(cut small)
  7. green chilly-2(cut small)
  8. ginger-1" piece cut small
  9. chilly powder-1/2 tsp
  10. turmeric powder- a pinch
  11. oil
Preparation Method
  • Soak the gram in water for atleast 2 hrs.
  • Grind these to make a thick paste.
  • Do not add water when grinding.
  • Now add onion,curry leaves,green chilly,ginger,chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt to this paste and mix well.
  • Wet your hands and make balls of the paste and make patties.
  • Deep fry in oil.
