Ingredients |
- Boiled Crab Meat - 2 cups
- Coconut oil - 250 ml
- Chopped onions - 1/2 cup
- Boiled & Smashed Potatoes - 1 cup
- Chopped Ginger & Curry Leaves - 2 tsp
- Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
- Egg - 2 no's
- Chopped green chillies - 2 tsp
- Salt - to taste

Preparation Method |
- Heat some oil in a pan and sauté onion, green chillies, ginger and curry leaves.
- When it is done, add crab meat and salt.
- Keep on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes and remove from fire.
- Add the smashed potatoes and egg yolk.
- Mix well.
- Make small balls from the mixture and shape it into cutlets.
- Beat egg white.
- Dip each cutlets in the egg and coat it with bread crumbs.
- Fry them in oil till golden brown.
