Alleppey fish curry

A little spicy delicious fish curry.

Ingredients
  1. Fish 250 gm
  2. Coconut oil 50 gm
  3. Mustard seeds and fenugreek little
  4. Coconut ½
  5. Row mango 1 small
  6. Tomato 1
  7. Chilly powder a pinch
  8. Turmeric powder 1 sp and ½
  9. Curry leaves 1 spring
  10. Salt
Preparation Method
  • Make paste with coconut, chilly powder, turmeric powder and ½ of a raw mango and tomato.
  • Wash the fish and marinate with salt and with turmeric powder.
  • Add little water in the coconut mixture and boil it along with the fish.
  • Put remaining raw mango slices, salt and half of curry leaves.
  • Cook for 15 min.Check the salt.
  • Heat little coconut oil and put remaining curry leaves and temper it with the fish.
