Ingredients |
- Cheera leaves - 800 gm
- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Onion (finely chopped)- 2
- Green chilly (finely chopped) - 5
- Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - As required
- Oil- 2 tablespoon
- Mustard seed - ½ teaspoon
- Curry leaves- 1 stem
- Dry red chilly - 2 or 3

Preparation Method |
- Clean the Cheera leaves nicely and chop finely.
- Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds and dry red chilly..
- Add chopped onion, green chilly and curry leaves and sauté well.
- Add grated coconut and sauté in a low flame.
- Add the Cheera leaves, mix well.
- Cover the pan and cook.
- Stir in between.
- Do not overcook.
- Serve hot
