Ingredients
  1. Cheera leaves  - 800 gm
  2. Grated coconut  - 1 cup
  3. Onion (finely chopped)- 2
  4. Green chilly (finely chopped) - 5
  5. Turmeric powder   - ½ teaspoon
  6. Salt  - As required
  7. Oil- 2 tablespoon
  8. Mustard seed  - ½ teaspoon
  9. Curry leaves- 1 stem
  10. Dry red chilly - 2 or 3
Preparation Method
  1. Clean the Cheera leaves nicely and chop finely. 
  2. Heat oil in a pan.  Splutter mustard seeds and dry red chilly.. 
  3. Add chopped onion, green chilly and curry leaves and sauté well.
  4. Add grated coconut and sauté in a low flame.
  5. Add the Cheera leaves, mix well. 
  6. Cover the pan and cook.
  7. Stir in between.
  8. Do not overcook.
  9. Serve hot
