A Salty simple and tasty chutney |

Ingredients |
- Salted Mango pieces - 3/4 cup
- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Green chillies - 7
- Red chillies - 8
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Cummin seed - 1 pinch
- Coconut oil - 1 oz
- Curds - 11/2 cups
- Curry leaves - 6 sprigs
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard - 1 tsp

Preparation Method |
- Grind together coriander powder, cummin seed, coconut and the salted mangoes to a fine paste.
- Crush four red chillies, green chillies and four sprigs of curry leaves.
- Mix all the ingradients in 11/2 cups curds and add salt to taste.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, four red chillies and two sprigs of curry leaves and season.
- Pour it into the curd mixture.
- Stir and use.
