Ingredients

Bitter gourd  - 1
Onion  - 2 
Ginger ground  - 1 tsp
Cocunut (ground)   - 1 cup
Green chilli  - 3 
Mustard seed   - 1 tsp
Oil    - 1 tbsp
Turmeric   - 1 pinch
Salt  - to taste
 
 

Preparation Method
  1. Grate bittergourd into very small piece.
  2. Cut onion, chilli and ginger in to very small (using a grater).
  3. Heat oil and add mustard seed.
  4. Mix bittergourd coconut, ginger turmeric,onion, green chilli and salt together and add to the frying pan.
  5. Keep the pan covered and cook in a low flame for 7 minutes.
  6. Stir well and serve hot.
