- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Shallots - 3
- Ginger - 1/4 cm
- Raw mango - 1/4 cup without the skin
- Green chilies - 5
- Curry leaves - few
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
| Preparation Method |
- Grind all the ingredients together until all the ingredients are just coarsely ground.
- Shape into a ball and is eaten with rice, idly, dosa.
