Mango Coconut Chutney

Very tasty chutney, everyone will love it. Serve with rice, Idly and Dosa.

Ingredients
  1. Grated coconut - 1 cup 
  2. Shallots - 3
  3. Ginger - 1/4 cm
  4. Raw mango - 1/4 cup without the skin
  5. Green chilies - 5 
  6. Curry leaves - few
  7. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon 
Preparation Method
  • Grind all the ingredients together until all the ingredients are just coarsely ground.
  • Shape into a ball and is eaten with rice, idly, dosa.
