Raw banana cooked in coconut paste and tempered for Onam |

- Raw banana 2
- Coconut ¼ cup
- Green chilly 3
- Pepper powder ¼ teaspoon
- Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon
- Cumin powder ¼ teaspoon
- Coconut oil 1 tablespoon
- Mustard seed 1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves 1 stem
- Curd 1 cup
- Salt As required

Preparation Method |
- Peel the skin of the banana and cut into small pieces.
- Boil this in a pressure cooker with salt.
- Grind ingredients 2 finely and mix with the boiled banana.
- Bring this to boil.
- Add curd and bring to boil stirring continuously.
- Sputter the mustard seeds in oil, add curry leaves and pour this to the above.
