Ingredients |
- Chicken - 1 1/4 kg
- Green Chillies - 2 tsp
Ginger - 2" piece
Garlic - 10 flakes
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin (Jeera) - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
- Onion (Big) sliced - 2
Salt - as required
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Tomato (cut into 2) - 4
Potato (Boiled and cut into 2) - 6

Preparation Method |
- Grind the second ingredients in lemon juice.
- Add half of the onion sliced and salt to this and grind again.
- Marinate the chicken pieces with this paste and keep aside for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan, and sauté the remaining onion in the oil.
- Add chicken pieces in this and fry them turning sides.
- Fry the potatoes and tomatoes in oil and mix with the fried chicken pieces.
- Galina Kafril is ready to be served.
