Ingredients |
- Ragi Powder - 2 cups
Rice Flour - 1/4 cups
- Water - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation Method |
- Boil the second ingredients.
- Add the flours to this and mix thoroughly without forming lumps.
- Use 'Sevanazhi' (Sev press) to sqeeze the dough to make Idiappam.
- Cook on steam until done.
