Ingredients
  1. Ragi Powder - 2 cups
    Rice Flour - 1/4 cups
  2. Water - 2 cups
    Salt to taste
    Oil - 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
  • Boil the second ingredients.
  • Add the flours to this and mix thoroughly without forming lumps.
  • Use 'Sevanazhi' (Sev press) to sqeeze the dough to make Idiappam.
  • Cook on steam until done.
