Ingredients
  1. Cheera (Spinach) chopped fine - 1/4 kg
  2. Onion chopped - 1
  3. Carrot chopped - 2
  4. Butter - 50g
  5. Vegetable Stock (1/2 cup each of beans and carrot cooked in water and filtered) - 4 cups
  6. Celery chopped - 1 tbsp
  7. Salt, Pepper powder - as to taste
  8. Milk - 1/2 cup
  9. Jathikka(Nutmeg) powdered - 1 pinch
  10. Bread cut into small cubes and fried - as required
Preparation Method
  • Heat butter and add and saute the vegetables.
  • Add the vegetable stock, celery, pepper powder, and salt. Boil for 15 minutes.
  • Beat the mixture and filter. Heat the filtered content once more and add jathikka powder and Milk.
  • Serve hot with fried bread pieces.
