Ingredients
  1. Spinach 1/2 bunch
  2. Rice flour 1 1/2 cup
  3. Upma ravva 1/2 cup
  4. Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
Preparation Method
  • Boil the spinach and make it as paste. Mix rice flour, ravva,spinach and make it a smooth batter by adding water. Add salt & cumin seeds to it.
  • Heat the pan and spread oil all over the pan .Put the batter on the pan with a spoon & spread the mixture like big circle.
  • Fry it until golden brown and turn to the other side for a few seconds and take off from the pan.
