Ingredients |
- tomatoes - 2
- capsicums - 2
- curds - 1 cup
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- coriander (chopped) - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- salt - to taste

Preparation Method |
- Chop the capsicum and tomatoes.
- Heat the oil and add the mustard. When the mustard is done, add the red chilly, curry leaf and chopped vegetables. Fry until soft. Cool.
- Beat the curds with salt and sugar. Add the vegetables and mix well. Pour into a bowl.
- Garnish with some chopped coriander. Serve chilled.
