Ingredients |
- Prawn 4
- Chilli powder ¾ tsp
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder ½ tsp
- Tamarind 10 g
- Water ½ cup
- Ginger paste ½ tsp
- Garlic paste ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Coconut oil 1 tsp

Preparation Method |
- Clean the prawns with shell. Keep the shell separate after boiling it for some time.
- Separated prawns should clean properly.
- Mix with the second section of the ingredients.
- Boil it, till the water become thick gravy along with other ingredients.
- Remove the prawns and fry for some seconds in coconut oil.
- Dress the prawns with its shell.
- Garnish with French fries.
