- Drumstick Leaves : 4 cups
- Onion - Small : 1 No
- Dry Red chilli : 3 No
- Roasted Groundnuts : 50 gms
- Garlic cloves : 5 No
- Cooking Oil : 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds : 1 tsp
- Bengal gram dhall : 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water : 1/4 cup
| Preparation Method |
- Wash and clean the drumstick leaves by removing the yellow ones, thick stems.
- In a frying pan, fry the red chillies without oil.
- Powder the roasted groundnuts along with the fried red chilli coarsely using a mixie.
- Smash the garlic cloves.
- Heat oil in a cooking vessel,
- Add mustard seeds and allow it to sputter, add bengal dhall,onions and saute for a while.
- Add water and salt and boil it.
- Add the drumstick leaves and keep stir continously.
- Once, the leaves are cooked, sprinkle the powdered groundnut mixture to it and mix thoroughly.
