Ingredients |
- Drumstick flesh taken using a spoon - 1 cup
- Big Onion chopped fine - 3 tbsp
- Ginger chopped fine - 1 tsp
- Green Chilly - 1 tsp
- Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Dry Red Chillies cut into small pieces - 1
- Curry Leaves - 1 stem
- Egg beaten - 1
- Grated Coconut - 3 tbsp
- Salt as to taste

Preparation Method |
- Heat Oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Saute dry red chillies, curry leaves, onion, ginger and green chilly in order.
- Add the grated coconut to this and saute for some more time.
- Add the drumstick to this and cook covered adding salt and sprinkling water.
- When it becomes dry, add the beaten egg to this and saute until dry.
- Serve hot.
